  • I think that she should get the money, because if that is her family member than she should get it unless the desceased family members spouse is alive, then they should get the money, but other wise she should get the money./

  • I think that she should not get the money unless that the she is the desceaded only imediate family.
If this is not true then it should be shared between the imediate family

  • I think that the woman should not get it because she stole it. I think the money should be returned to the company and redo the lottery.

  • I do not think the women should keep the money. I thind that the money should be given to a charity of something.

  • Well I really am confused on this one but... okay.. I think the money that the person one with the stolen credit card should be kept to him/herself. WAIT WAIT WAIt I think also that the money be split between the two also. The money is parcitially both. The credit card is one and the lottery ticket is the other. If neither of the two cannot work it out, I think the money should be donated to charity or something like that. -(**03**)-

  • I think that the money that was won should be sent to a charity or something. Even if it was her family, she still stole it from them. She herself should be sent to jail because she stole the card, and that is identity theift.

  • I think the money should be sent to the person she stole the credit card from even if it is a family member or the deceased spouse of a family member. How would you feel if your spouse died and their sister stole their credit card and won a million dollars on a lottery card, and you had no right to it even though it was your late spouses credit card.
