Why should all 18 -20 yeal old young adults be obligated to serve their country for a year?

I think the reason people that are 18 to 20 years old should be obligated to serve in the army is because they're young. The people are full of energy and ready to go. Another reason is because if they disobey and don't mind their parents or get in trouble with the law it would give them discipline. It would also help our country come to peace. Another reason is that it would also help out the old people in the war too. I think the most important reason is because people can find out what they really want to do with their life.

They shouldn't have to serve there country for a year unless they want to. Because it their life and it is the way they want to live it. Also that is how everyone is dying so young. If you choose to go and serve a year for your country for a year I think you should do that. If you don't I don't think you shouldn't have too. Or if they are a really bad kid that does drug, smoke, or drink and stuff I think they should have to serve a year to git there priority straight.

I think they should be oligated because most of the 18 year old to 20 year olds have a life to live. They also don't want die if they have childern to feed and care for. If I was 18 or 20 I would be oligated too.
